Returns & Exchanges
If you let us know within 14 days upon receiving your order, we accept returns for whatever reason. Items that are customized or made upon request can usually not be returned. If you wish to return or exchange your order, email us at shop@lunnheim.com, and you will receive instructions.
Products must be returned in unused condition and with all original packaging intact.
The cost of return shipping in the case of a refund or exchange is to be covered by the customer.
Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. Please note that the original shipping cost, duties, and/or taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.

WARANTY & DAMAGED GOODS
At Lunnheim, we take pride in crafting hand-made products, each possessing unique characteristics that reflect the natural materials we work with. Small imperfections may be inherent, adding to the distinctiveness of every piece. However, if your item arrives damaged, we encourage you to contact us immediately.
Should you notice any damage or breakage during transportation, kindly send us an email at shop@lunnheim.com with a brief description of the issue.
We will promptly respond with a return authorization and further instructions.
Please be aware:
- Any damaged goods must be reported immediately upon receipt.
- Faulty items will be replaced with the same product.
- We extend a 2-year warranty on all products, subject to assessment based on usage.
